<div>協力会社の職長、及び新たに職務につくことになる職長等を対象として、職長・安全衛生責任者教育を、また職長等教育修了後5年を目安に職長・安全衛生責任者能力向上教育を実施しています。平成29年度は12月6,7,8日に32名が受講し、現在までに延べ419名が受講を修了しました。弊社は、協力会社の安全・品質等の管理能力を高めるため、職長はリスクアセスメントを取り入れた職長教育を修了した者を配置するとして、職長のレベルアップを図っています。直近では、職長・安全衛生責任者教育、職長・安全衛生責任者能力向上教育を年に2回ずつ行っています。</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><p
